🚨 Update for Emergency Luedenscheid 🚨

Dear community,
We have great news for you! Our latest update for Emergency Luedenscheid is here and brings exciting new features, optimizations, and bug fixes.

General Functionalities
  1. Logic for starting the water cannon revised (Water on / Water off)
  2. Settings menu revised (New menu item: "Events")
  3. New configuration options in the main menu
  4. Vehicle driver required (Vehicles cannot be moved without personnel)
  5. Expanded events (Extended tasks during events, e.g., disconnecting car batteries)
  6. Faster patient transport
  7. Faster prisoner transport
  8. Faster towing
  9. Faster burial
  10. Fog of Fire (Always, Random, Never)
  11. Sirens (At scene)
  12. Alerts (EMS)
  13. Tasks can now be expanded or collapsed by default
  14. Fire spread adjusted (especially for Linzing)
  15. Alarm and dispatch order updated in-game
  16. Masks for personnel removed
  17. Improved patient handling for GRTW; command can be added multiple times via Shift
  18. New animation when opening the GRTW
  19. Building types for events on LDS revised
  20. LDS settings further divided. New menu item: Event
  21. Spanish translation of the mod integrated
  22. Preset logic for equipment / commands / suits added to standardize across both maps

  30. New setting for alarm mode sounds (Beep, Event, Event + Vehicles, Vehicles)
  31. Alarm menu now displays the distance to all stations
  32. Loading screen now supports multiple images


Events and Features

Events:

  1. New event added: “World War Bomb Found”
  2. Event “Defective Elevator” adjusted: Required firefighters reduced (4 → 2)
  3. Numerous new scenarios added to existing events
  4. Many bug fixes for existing missions
  5. First "Inhouse" missions tested as prototypes
  6. New logic added for modular event: Vehicle battery can be disconnected by firefighter (axe, halligan tool). If not disconnected, the vehicle may catch fire.
  7. Police disband logic added when returning to base (Shift + E keeps everything in place)
  8. New event “Out-of-town Assistance”: Support virtual neighboring cities by dispatching your vehicles as reinforcements
  9. BMA events expanded; in some cases, interior building checks are now necessary
  10. In some traffic accidents, batteries must now be disconnected

Features:

  1. New command to select "free" firefighters from group leader
  2. New "Clean All" button for all vehicles (in the GUI above the vehicle image)
  3. Playing the mod now shows up as an activity in Discord, with info like: map, MP/SP, with/without control center, missions, etc.
  4. Police officers must now accompany suspects to the hospital (logic for medic and police escort completely overhauled)
  5. New audio for Disturbance of Peace event
  6. Triopan (warning triangle) can be deployed by police
  7. Emergency personnel can now "grab" civilians and escort them away


Maps / Fleet

General:

  1. New missions added
  2. Many map errors fixed
  3. Waiting times at the hospital (on-map) significantly increased
  4. Waiting times at the hospital (off-map) significantly increased
  5. New vehicle for city cleaning

Lüdenscheid:

  1. Event pool adjusted
  2. Underground garages can now catch fire
  3. Map redesigned in the East area (Rosmart / Hellersen): Old hospital 1 demolished and replaced with rural area
  4. New hospital built (location of old church) (Model by Danny)
  5. Old hospital 2 demolished (Sports Clinic Hellersen)
  6. High-rises and similar removed (replaced with rural housing like single-family homes)
  7. New industrial area developed in the forest
  8. New central police HQ (Model by Danny)
  9. External units from Brandstedt removed
  10. New external units from Linzing added

Linzing:

  1. External units fundamentally revised


Bug Fixes
  1. Various vehicle and building doors fixed
  2. Various vehicle bugs (loading, etc.) fixed
  3. Blue light animations for all patrol cars adjusted
  4. Hazard lights added to all patrol cars
  5. Fixed issue where the fire crane could only be used once per deployment
  6. Fixed issue where blue lights were activated when the control center dispatched a vehicle
  7. Immunities for group leaders / civilians revised
  8. Fixed bug when selecting non-dispatched vehicles with the control center
  9. Fixed issue where the incident commander did not exit from the command unit
  10. Fixed fires showing burning objects even though nothing was actually burning (object already deleted before extinguishing)
  11. Various fixes and improvements to LDS
  12. Buildings in LDS made flammable and remaining snow removed
  13. Easter egg vehicles now have a dummy preview image to prevent false bug reports
  14. Texture errors fixed
  15. Camera bug when dispatching vehicles on LNZ fixed
  16. Fixed issues with alarm keywords (Multiplayer/Singleplayer availability)
  17. Fixed bug when changing police warning vests
  18. LDS 03 WLF wheel direction corrected
  19. Various logic issues with cranes and ladder trucks fixed and made multiplayer-compatible
  20. Patrol vehicles can now be selected directly

Functions and Effects of the Various Settings
  1. Disconnect battery (For traffic accidents, batteries of non-burning vehicles must be disconnected using axe or halligan tool & proper fire protection must be ensured)
  2. Faster patient transport (When an ambulance picks up a patient, the mission is marked as completed immediately. The ambulance still drives to the hospital)
  3. Faster towing (Same here: Tow truck picks up the car, mission completes. Tow truck still drives to the depot)
  4. Faster police transport (Same here: Suspect is loaded in, mission completes. Patrol car still drives to the station)
  5. Faster burial (Same here: Deceased is loaded, mission completes. Funeral vehicle still drives to the station)
  6. "Fog of Fire Mode": The mission location is only revealed when the first vehicle arrives
    1. "Always" = applies to all missions from the Lüdenscheid modification (not EM2017 etc.)
    2. "Random" = 50/50 chance Fog of Fire is active
    3. "Never" = feature is disabled
  7. "Activation of sirens": Adjusts the use of sirens. Close to arrival, the siren is deactivated automatically. At night, the siren is only activated at major intersections. Warning: This setting impacts performance!
  8. "Emergency Medical Service Warnings": When activated, various announcements are made for patients requiring an emergency physician, including helicopter requirements. Examples of these (with an audible ping) include:
    1. “An emergency physician is required for transport.”
    2. “An emergency physician is required for treatment.”
    3. etc.
  9. Tasks can now be expanded/collapsed by default
