🚨 Update for Emergency Lüdenscheid 🚨

Dear community,
we have great news for you! Our latest update for Emergency Lüdenscheid is here and brings exciting new features, optimizations, and bug fixes.

Missions
  1. Revision of EMS In-House Events
    1. Previously, only incidents involving a person with a fracture were triggered inside buildings. In some cases, a doctor was also required to complete the mission. We have completely reworked this feature. In addition to fractures, other types of injuries are now possible.
The biggest new addition is the stretcher assistance feature: in some cases, the fire department with a turntable ladder is now required alongside the emergency doctor. They can position the ladder at the building and assist the emergency services in evacuating the patient with a stretcher.
    2. See also Developer Blog #8 – New Map, New Luck.
  2. Burglar Alarm System
    1. Buildings in Lüdenscheid and Linzing are now protected against break-ins.
Police officers must inspect the building and reset the burglar alarm system.
Grab your weapons and have fun locking up criminals in five different scenarios!
  3. Fire Alarm Systems
    1. Buildings that need to be inspected are now highlighted with an icon.
    2. Additional fire alarm systems have been added in Linzing and Lüdenscheid.
  4. Over 62 new events have been added in Lüdenscheid.
  5. Over 15 new events have been added in Linzing.

Features
  1. We have continued our research and revised several vehicle names.
  2. The hydrant map on the minimap now shows the flow rate of each hydrant (2 icons: red for < 50, purple for ≥ 50).
  3. We decided to remove the category tags from event names and audio files, and in doing so, reworked all translations.
  4. The Lüdenscheid logo is now included in the game bar.
  5. Breathing Apparatus Logic Completely Reworked
    1. We have fundamentally reworked the breathing apparatus logic. Previously, an air supply chain was formed through the command hierarchy — the air supply station provided “air” to the A-command, which passed it to the B-command, then to the C-command, and finally to the fire engines.
The new system now operates independently of the command hierarchy. Each vehicle equipped with a breathing apparatus component has its own radius and supplies air directly to the nearest vehicle.
    2. See also Developer Blog #8 – New Map, New Luck.
  6. The water output of water cannons was previously too low compared to a C-hose. We have therefore adjusted the water consumption of TLFs/GTLFs accordingly.
  7. The volume of fire extinguishers has been increased.
  8. To keep you up to date, the latest articles from our website are now displayed in the main menu.
  9. For those who prefer convenience, you can now equip the emergency case directly from the ambulance (RTW).
  10. The vehicle tags (important for dispatching) of all Linzing police vehicles have been standardized to match those in Lüdenscheid.
  11. All commands of the plainclothes police have been revised. In some events, these commands could not be used and thus blocked the event.
  12. Command vehicle actions have been unified and reworked — KDOWs, ELWs, and PKWs have been cleaned up and streamlined.

  3. Faulty states in fire alarm system (BMA) events fixed. Some buildings no longer required inspection or had reset logic failures — this has been corrected.
  4. Firefighters now release escorted or carried persons when they become injured or contaminated.
  5. Logic for creating new incident sites adjusted. Due to issues with custom events, the system has been limited to standard missions.
  6. Player trolling prevention: it’s no longer possible to send back other players’ vehicles using the button.
  7. Fast police transport is now available when accompanying an ambulance (RTW).
  8. During the rework of the breathing apparatus logic, several vehicle configuration errors were discovered and fixed.
  9. The GRTW can now be loaded by all players in multiplayer mode.
  10. As with every version, numerous building door bugs on both maps have been fixed. These issues often stemmed from misaligned or unused entrances, which became noticeable through new event types and have now been corrected.
  11. Various map errors on Lüdenscheid have been fixed.
  12. Major navigation problems on Lüdenscheid corrected — especially in the southwest, where four-way intersections were often only drivable in three directions.
  13. The undertaker can no longer revive people in the ambulance (RTW).
  14. Fixed errors related to the termination of various event-related audio files.
  15. Various map errors on Linzing have been corrected.
