In the control centre, alerting can be simplified by means of an alarm and response order [Alarm- und Ausrückeordnung - AAO]. For this purpose, Emergency Lüdenscheid comes with an AAO editor

Defective vehicles must be removed from the scene of the incident with Tow Trucks.
Calling the Towing Service differs in the Game Mode with or without Control Centre connection.
In the game mode without control centre, you can either have the tow truck called by police units or you can order it via the alerting menu under Miscellaneous or via the quick selection "ASF".
