To do this, you need to do the following:
You select a leader (C, B or A ) of your choice and click on the Increase alert level button at the bottom.
The first alarm level is available from 40 fires. The second alarm level is available from 65 fires. For each alarm level, more vehicles are made ready for use.
Once you have done this, you will get a window with the unlocked units.
You can see the current alert level on the top of the flame icon, in this case it is the first alert level.
Once the alarm level returns below that required to unlock the unit, the units will go to status 6 once they are back on watch.
