Ladder rescue person trapped bug

Hey, if someone else got this problem than me which is when sometimes when I use a ladder to rescue a person trapped in a building, it sometimes bugs out and either places the turn section that connects the ladder to the truck out of position and doesn't let the patient on the ground for me to rescue and i either have to use the debug to finish the event which is annoying as Idk how to fix it so if anyone either had fixed this bug can at least tell me how to fix it or the dev team can see what it wrong or it's just on my end everytime i do the event that include rescue a person with a ladder
